Skills & furniture: train at home, earn more
Here is the progression loop most guides miss entirely: you buy the right furniture, it trains a skill at home, and that skill unlocks the mid-level jobs that pay two to three times more.
The loop: furniture → skill → better job
The best-paying careers are locked behind skills — Medicine needs Fitness 3, Product Management needs Coding 3, Real Estate needs Charisma 3, and so on. You raise those skills at home by buying Skills furniture in Buy mode and using it. Buy a Laptop Desk, grind Coding, and suddenly the ₦17,400 Product Management role opens up.

| 💻 Laptop Desk | ₦18,000 | Coding |
| 📸 DSLR Camera & Tripod | ₦24,000 | Content |

Start cheap
You don't need the ₦12,000,000 Grand Piano to begin. A ₦3,400 Dumbbell Rack, a ₦3,600 Bookshelf or a ₦4,200 Acoustic Guitar is enough to start training the skill you need for your next promotion. Match the furniture to the job you're aiming for.
